ABOUT ME
Ashley Hoffman, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist. She has over ten years of clinical experience, including working with all ages at Valley Christian Counseling and Asbury Counseling Center, with college students in a university counseling center, in a children's clinic at a community mental health center, on an adult unit at an inpatient psychiatric hospital, on a family therapy treatment team, as the associate director of a sexual abuse treatment program, on a specialized Autism Spectrum Disorder treatment team, and as a field researcher for Pearson test company. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the National Register of Health Service Psychologists.
Dr. Hoffman provides psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults. Her clinical interests include anxiety disorders (OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, PTSD), mood disorders (Depression, Bipolar Disorder), spiritual issues, women's issues (infertility, miscarriage, postpartum disorders), childhood and teenage problems (ADHD, anxiety, adoption, abuse, bullying, social skills, depression, divorce, self-worth, risky behaviors), parent-child relational problems, relational issues, and evidence-based practices. She has been honored to serve the community as a speaker on mental health topics with women's groups, school systems, churches, dance studios, local suicide prevention initiatives, and the Huntsville Police Department.
